Sunday, June 28, 2009 Our pumpkin patch has had a few honey-dew melons, all eaten by snails. This is the first pumpkin that has started growing, but I suspect it's a bit too late in the season to be starting. Our neighbour at the back has seven healthy-sized pumpkins growing on his patch, so there is hope for next year.

Kurilpa Bridge, as the last join is made.
This was my second day of riding from Graceville -> Brisbane City and back each day. On the first morning, I saw that they were about to make the join, but I didn't want to stop to take a photo as I was trying to set a benchmark time on the bike. How silly.
