Karen's place, Brisbane

The Setup:

Karen hosted a cocktail night for her birthday. I had no particular plan but Evelyn and Bob set this one up by themselves.

The camera & lens:

Camera: Canon EOS 400D DIGITAL
@ 30/1mm
Exposure: 1/60" @ f/2/1, ISO 1600

Post processing:

Lightroom - I didn't much apart from a crop and a curves adjustment. The curves raised the lights, otherwise they were a bit drab. I considered trying to make Bob's eye a bit more visible but that didn't work out - not enough detail to work with.

The wash-up:

I'm fairly happy with it for a candid. I accidentally chopped Evelyn's feet off so opted for the close crop to hide that sin (I think it works better this way anyway).
