Location:

Buhse's Hill, Laidley
General location: Australia, South-East Queensland

The Setup:

This is the top of Buhse's Hill at Laidley. Not much to say about the setup - there's not much traffic here, but I kept an ear out anyway. I was bracketing shots and chose the underexposed one.

The camera & lens:

Camera: Canon EOS 400D DIGITAL
Lens: Canon EF 75-300mm f/4-5.6 III USM @ 75mm
Filters: Polariser
Exposure: 1/250" @ f/7.1, ISO 100

Post processing:

Lightroom 4 - ...

  1. (I have lost the steps for this - I will have to recreate them.)

The wash-up:

I took about ten different combinations of road and sky, and I like this one the best.
