The Setup:

A year ago, Drift Cafe (formerly Oxley's on the River) sank (partly) and floated away (the rest) during the 2011 floods in Brisbane.

Shortly after the floods, there was some effort to strip the floor boards (pictured), and since then work has stopped. There has been a bit of redecoration though.

The owner has opened another site at Springfield.

The camera & lens:

Camera: Canon EOS 400D DIGITAL
Lens: Canon EF 75-300mm f/4-5.6 III USM @ 75mm
Exposure: 1/250" @ f/7.1, ISO 1600

Post processing:

Lightroom - ...

The wash-up:

This was meant to be a test shot, but it turned out alright. It was a dull day, and I was waiting for a bright day as the morning sun shining through that window made it look rather good. In the end, bright day not required.
