The Setup:

I had no ideas today, so went for a walk to try to find something...anything. This photograph was of a water feature that was turned off - though I suspect it hadn't been for long, since it was still fairly clean.

The camera & lens:

Camera: Canon EOS 400D DIGITAL
@ 30/1mm
Exposure: 1/160" @ f/32/10, ISO 200

Post processing:

. The preset went for a curve that lowered the light sections and lightened the dark sections (lowering contrast, but in an interesting way rather than dull), and brightened the red, oranges, yellows of the picture. I modified it a little to darken those shadows again, but I left the colour mix as is.

The wash-up:

For a completely uninspired shot, I'm happy with it.
