The Setup:

I walk past a park most days (when I'm not lazy and drive instead), and there is a stone with a great lot of moss on it. I had planned to take a fisheye of the moss but it quickly turned out that that was not the way to go. Luckily fisheye and macro filters are on the same bit of kit, so I got to work with the macro instead.

The camera & lens:

Camera: Canon EOS 400D DIGITAL
@ 31/1mm
Filters: 0.42x fisheye filter (macro mode)
Exposure: 1/160" @ f/9/1, ISO 800

Post processing:

Lightroom - I cropped down and set a medium curve (lights +35, darks -30). The other adjustments were fill light (30), blacks (15) and clarity (+100) to define the edges. Being a fairly abstract image, there wasn't much need for much else.

The wash-up:

Wouldn't change anything.

What would you do?
