A child peeking out from behind a curtain

General location: Australia, South-East Queensland

The Setup:

Jorja has been out of sorts, so we went over to lend a chicken sandwich. By the end of the afternoon, she was much beter. I'd like to think that we helped, but it's more likely that she was on the mend anyway πŸ˜‰

The camera & lens:

Camera: iPhone 4
Exposure: 1/30" @ f/2.8, ISO 100 (Auto, CameraPrime)

Post processing:

Instagram -

  1. I took the more 'traditional' path - the photo was taken and processed on the iPhone. I used the Lomo-fi filter, it giving the best result of highlighting/blowing out the backlit window. Most of the other filters provided more detail of what was outside the window but that's not the feature of this photo.

The wash-up:

I like it as it is.

@swilde Thank you πŸ™‚ I think I’m just not very good at generating buzz. I also joined 365project a little late, so I think I missed the start-of-year frenzy. I do get some views on Facebook though.

Very sweet shot and great lighting!! I agree with Sue… your shots are great and I am looking forward to following! Want to spend some time looking around at your setup/processing info! Will be good lessons for me since I am a beginner!
