Alexandra Headland
General location: Australia, South-East Queensland

The Setup:

Evelyn loved the hall of mirrors that was our walk-in wardrobe.

The camera & lens:

Camera: Canon EOS 400D DIGITAL
Lens: Sigma 30mm f/1.4 EX-DC @ 30mm
Exposure: 1/125" @ f/2.8, ISO 1600

Post processing:

Lightroom -

  1. Crop: To remove myself from the shot!
  2. Curves: lights +50, darks +10, shadows -25
  3. Noise Reduction: luminance +70, detail +100; colour +100, detail +100
  4. Lens correction for the Sigma lens - to get as much distortion out of the picture as possible

The wash-up:

I couldn't really do it without lighting or a higher ISO (which my camera cannot do) but a bigger depth of field would have made for better sharpness.
