Roma Street Station, Brisbane
General location: Australia, South-East Queensland

The Setup:

Passengers waiting at night (8pm) at Roma St Station.

In the frame before this, the guy was giving me the finger.

The camera & lens:

Camera: Canon EOS 650D
Lens: Canon EF-S 15-85mm f/3.5-5.6 USM IS @ 19mm
Exposure: 1/13" @ f/4, ISO 800 (0/1)

Post processing:

Lightroom 4

  1. Preset: B&W Look 5, which uses desaturation to get a B&W image, with shadow levels -15, temp +60 and tint +25.
  2. Exposure -1.1 stops, contrast +25
  3. ACR lens correction profile for EF-S 15-85

    LOL I’d probably have gestured rudely, too 😉 I kind of like the wider frame better. I’ll see what I can come up with on the tab to show what I mean.
