A heavily graffitied building

General location: Australia, South-East Queensland

The Setup:

Spent an afternoon and evening at the abandoned TAFE. This is a wall with rough texture - lots of dimples for the graffiti artists.

The camera & lens:

Camera: Canon EOS 400D DIGITAL
Lens: Canon EF-S 15-85mm f/3.5-5.6 USM IS @ 17/1mm
Exposure: 1/30" @ f/8/1, ISO 800

Post processing:

Lightroom 4 -

  1. Presence: Exposure -0.45 stops, highlights +35, shadows -60, white clipping +65, black clipping -35, clarity +35
  2. Post-crop vignette: amount -10
