The Setup:

Looking to take Evelyn for her first taste (har) of the sea, we saw that the Gold Coast City Council had set up a new park and protected swim area at Southport.

  1. Processed using the Toaster filter. I haven't used this one before, but for me the red light-leak effect suited the beach shot quite well. Some of my older Corindi shots have this characteristic.

The wash-up:

I wanted a shot of the whole area to show Mark, and convince him to bring the family down here, but iPhone lens is not wide enough for that kind of thing.

    Was much of the reason behind choosing this filter was to make it look like photos taken at the beach when you were that age? Although it'd probably need more people wearing "Life. Be In It" shirts and zinc to be accurate.
